Acceptance of project proposal
If you as the sponsor accept the project proposal, the team prepares the necessary immediate next steps and hands over the project to you or the new, responsible project owner.
Note:
The realization of the proposed project does not fall within the scope of HBL. HBL can support you to find and select professional consulting and coaching services within the HBL partner network. Additionally, you can hire HBL Residents for their new project teams; in this case, selected HBL Residents would leave HBL Residence.
Rejection of project proposal
If you as the sponsor do not accept the project proposal, the team concludes its proposal activities work and breaks up.
